By using Bozo you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Bozo is a scorekeeping and record-keeping app for a private group of people who track a shared parlay among themselves. Bozo does not accept payments, hold or transfer funds, place wagers, act as a bookmaker, or broker bets. Any money a group tracks in the app changes hands between those people directly, outside the app, and is entirely their own business.
The app displays publicly available odds from licensed sportsbooks and regulated prediction markets for informational and comparison purposes only. Odds may be delayed, stale, or wrong. Nothing in the app is betting advice or a recommendation to place any wager, and the odds comparison and arbitrage screens are informational tools, not offers to transact.
Don't use Bozo to post or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else. Don't upload images you don't have the right to share. Don't use the app to run a commercial betting operation or to solicit strangers.
We remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can report content and block other users from inside the app — see Support.
You keep ownership of what you put into Bozo. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it to the people the app is designed to show it to — other members of your pools, and, for winning parlays, the pool name and pick text on the global leaderboard.
Sign in with Apple is the only way in. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bozo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Game data, scores, and odds come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Settlement in the app is a convenience, not an authoritative record. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app — including any money you and your friends decide to move between yourselves.
These terms may change as the app does. Continuing to use Bozo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
